Episode 11 of Shinobi no Ittoki was the second-last episode of the series and answered many questions that were left a mystery. Kirei reveals herself to be the spy, which Tokisada already knew about, surprisingly. We also learn that Reiha was the mole within the Iga clan, someone I didn’t even suspect.

Episode 12 Speculation
The next episode will be titled ‘Ittoki the Ninja.’ In the next episode, we will see Ittoki, Tokisada, and Kousetsu fight against Kidou in the final battle against the Koga. The series will conclude as this final battle is set up, with the Iga protecting their village.
According to the preview, we might also see Ittoki use the Ninja Core and become a ninja once and for all, judging by the episode title. Although chances are slim, the Iga may win when Kidou’s plans are also exposed.

Episode 11 Recap
Ittoki declares that he will give Koga the Ninja Core. He simply demanded that Koga accept Iga’s autonomy in exchange for the agreement. Ittoki shocked the clan members who objected to the arrangement by threatening to strike out their names and deport them.
Jiraibou’s announcement of the agreement I will have with Koga confused Shione. Kidou instructed his companions to delay their response to the NSC and get ready for a second attack on the Iga clan after refusing to accept the peace treaty.
In the basement of Saiga’s factory, Ryoko was introduced to Kirei, who informed her that Koga had murdered her father. Kirei was later pardoned by Ryoko, who claimed that their interactions were genuine.
Kirei afterward ran into Tokisada and expressed his regret for deserting the Iga clan. He shocked the former by claiming that he was already aware she was giving vital information to the adversaries. Tokisada informed her that they were even because Ryoko helped defend the Iga village.
Kidou was called by Suzaku, who informed him of the video his father had been keeping secret all this time. Kidou claimed he was handling the footage to prove his loyalty to the Koga community.
Suzaku nodded his agreement, and Kidou asked him to join the second assault team after promising him he would send his men to get the tape.
When asked to give up his position as Iga chief, Ittoki refused. Kidou betrayed him by sending assassins home. After killing them, Suzaku gave Tokisada the footage.
In the meantime, the Iga village started its plot to overthrow Ittoki, taking advantage of Tokisada’s absence. The coup, however, was revealed to be a scheme by Kozo, Ittoki, and Tokisada to draw out Reiha, the real traitor of the Iga clan. Eventually, Reiha poisoned herself.
Ittoki left behind some notes, which Kozo found. He said that to prevent bloodshed, he had stolen the hidden Ninja core and had gone off to face Kidou alone with Tokisada and Kousetsu.
In the notes, Ittoki also mentioned that he had discovered Kidou Minobe’s true goal was to wipe out all ninjas.
