‘Shine Post’ Confirms July Debut Date with Idol Performance Filled Videos

Shine Post, an upcoming idol anime, will remind you just how tough it is to survive in the cutthroat idol industry.

If you have diligently kept track of this anime since it was greenlit, you know that several trailers have been revealed, highlighting the rivalry between the leading groups in the anime.

TINGS, our main idol group, are still newbies, and their path to stardom will be highlighted in the upcoming anime.

The Shine Post anime will be released on July 12, 2022. While you wait for the anime’s release date, why don’t you check out its latest trailer that shows TINGS’ members struggling with their own hurdles?

While the rest of the video shows the sweat-filled training days of TINGS, the very last clip was what caught my attention. The guy whose brief glimpse we caught may be the group’s incapable manager.

Since Shine Post is an idol anime, you will obviously get plenty of performance sequences from it. Two other promotional videos are also out, which act as lyric videos for songs from two other idol units.

The first video previews “First Step,” the FFF idol unit’s song and the second teaser features Yurayura Sisters’ song, “Yurayura Wonderful World.”

In addition to all these wonderful songs, a new cast member has also been revealed. Atsumi Tanezaki, the voice behind TenSura’s Mjurran, has been cast for the character of Eiko Kikuchi. Eiko is the manager of Yurayura Sisters.

All in all, Shine Post doesn’t stand out as a spectacular series, but I believe it is still too early to doubt the anime. Let’s wait until the anime premiere to see if TINGS can beat other idol units and the spectacular summer 2022 anime lineup.
