Episode 3 of Marvel’s The Falcon and The Winter Soldier teased a big mystery surrounding Sharon Carter in the final moments.

Last seen in Captain America: Civil War, Carter now lives as a fugitive in the city of Madripoor, going under the cover of an art dealer. But is that all there is to her?

In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Emily VanCamp, who plays Carter, revealed more details about her character on the show.

When asked about the ending of the episode, the actress stated that there are many other parts in the show that first need to be touched upon before getting onto the bigger mysteries. Read her full statement below:

“I don’t want to say what, but obviously there are so many things. We could interpret that in so many different ways.

There’s still three episodes left, so hopefully, those questions will be answered. There’s still lots of characters to come in and out. The problem could be many things.”

Following their convergence on Nagel’s lab, Wilson, Barnes, and Zemo’s trio move ahead with chasing down the Flag Smashers while Sharon stays back. Getting into a car of her own, she is seen telling her assistant/driver that they have a “bigger problem” in their hands.

Fans were very surprised by the ending, but the more observant ones kept their eye on her since she made her appearance. Substantiating her shady movements as suspicious, many have even hypothesized that she is the Power Broker.

Furthermore, in an interview with Variety earlier this week, VanCamp was asked about the identity of the mysterious character itself, to which she responded:

“Well, that’s a good question. I mean, the Power Broker could be anybody. Also, there are several characters that have yet to be seen. So, I mean, I can’t say anything.”

With the show halfway down its six-episode run, it does keep viewers on their toes with more plot to be unveiled. But, as for what awaits Sharon, only the upcoming episodes will tell.
