Dorothy breaks down in front of Sean after the career-ruining catastrophe and wonders why the universe is trying to hurt her. Leanne tells Dorothy that she doesn’t like it when she’s away from Jericho late at night and doesn’t share the same individual aspirations as her, despite Dorothy encouraging her to pursue personal goals. When her career is put in jeopardy despite her best efforts to revive it, Dorothy is starting to get the sense that something is wrong. Will her memories come back? Servant Season 3 Episode 4 Recap
The episode begins with Leanne and Dorothy taking up a new fitness routine. Leanne tells Dorothy about how she thinks she isn’t a good dancer because her mother always told her so. Their session is interrupted by a serviceman who arrives to do an inspection in order to babyproof the house.
The man suggests several changes to the house, including safety locks on the cabinets and stove in the kitchen. Leanne is uncomfortable with his presence and tells Sean and Dorothy they don’t need all of that and that nothing would happen to Jericho as long she’s there. Dorothy is upset about Isabelle getting to cover another one of her stories and ends up snapping at Leanne when she suggests drinking more water to help her breastfeed Jericho.
Sean has a catering gig and Tobe brings over a cook in case Sean needs more hired help for the job. Sean is initially put off by Sylvia’s desperation for a new job and would rather have Leanne help him in the kitchen but ends up having to hire her when Dorothy is needed at work after securing a big story for herself.
Leanne doesn’t like the way Sylvia speaks to Tobe and becomes increasingly disturbed as the day progresses especially after the serviceman inappropriately hits on her. Soon after that, Sylvia loses her finger in a kitchen accident. Dorothy returns home crying as her story got ruined when she started to lactate on live television.
