Episode 6 of Sasaki and Miyano, titled “Feelings,” is the latest installment of the anime.
In this episode, Kuresawa seems to have figured out that something is brewing between Sasaki and Miyano. He uses flaunting about his girlfriend as an excuse to make Miyano understand his feelings for his senpai.
Little by little, Miyano realizes that his emotions for Sasaki may be more than those of admiration. He starts finding him cute but tries to push those thoughts away. He also asks Sasaki if he likes guys, but Sasaki answers that he just feels happy to be around Miyano.
He adds that he can’t put his emotions into words but feels relieved when Miyano asks for more time to reflect upon his feelings. Will Miyano come to terms with his budding romance with Sasaki? Keep watching the anime to find out.
Episode 7 Speculation
After Sasaki’s confession, Miyano’s mind has been taking a toll on him. He has been confronted with new feelings towards a guy and still doesn’t know how to feel about it.
Kuresawa seems to have noticed Miyano’s odd behavior and has started talking about the emotional aspects of his relationship with his girlfriend.
After listening to Kuresawa’s experiences, Miyano discovers that he might actually like Sasaki romantically.
In the next episode, we’ll see Sasaki and Miyano participate in their school’s cultural festival. We’ll also meet more characters who will slowly nudge both of them towards each other.

Episode 6 Recap
Miyano meets Sasaki on his train to school. He enquires about why he has been coming early, and Sasaki replies that it’s because he gets to see Miyano.
The two chat about some manga and anime, and Miyano’s mind drifts off to the moment when Sasaki confesses to him. He thinks he doesn’t want to reject Sasaki just because he’s a guy.
He still thinks that he has only ever liked girls and is confused because he doesn’t know how to react to Sasaki’s confession.
In the class, Kuresawa tells Miyano that the date they have to turn their assignment in is also on Sasaki’s birthday. He urges him to get a present for their senior since he looks after him.
Tashiro asks Kuresawa if he will give Sasaki a present, but the latter replies that he has reserved that privileged only for his girlfriend. Kuresawa talks about his girlfriend for the rest of the lunch break as Miyano reflects upon his feelings for Sasaki.
When the break ends, Tashiro hands them out some lollipops, and Miyano notices that they are the candies that Sasaki often eats. Tashiro tells them about the new sweet Napoléon flavor, saying that he’ll try to buy them next time.
Miyano shyly gives Sasaki the Napoléon flavored candy as a birthday present the following day. Sasaki smiles at him and thanks him for the gift.
Miyano is reminded of Kuresawa describing his girlfriend as cute when she smiles for a brief moment. He gets flustered at the thought of finding Sasaki cute and pushes away these thoughts.
The rest of the day goes on as usual, and Sasaki realizes that he has performed exceptionally well in his exams because of study sessions with Hirano.
The days start getting warmer, and one day, Sasaki spots Miyano on their way to school. He thinks about the day they first met a year ago, while Miyano thinks how he still hasn’t replied to Sasaki’s confession.
Miyano becomes restless and confused as he doesn’t know what to think, and Kuresawa brings up his girlfriend more and more in their conversations. He talks about her BL tastes and everything they like about each other.
Miyano somewhat relates to those feelings but doesn’t want to come to terms with the fact that he might like another guy romantically.
When school ends, it starts raining, and Sasaki offers to share his umbrella with Miyano. The kouhai hesitantly agrees and the two start walking towards the train station. They talk about everything from their school life to their friends, and soon Miyano gets lost in his thoughts.
When the rain finally stops, Miyano asks Sasaki if he’s interested in boys. Sasaki says that he isn’t sure and enquires why he asked that.
Miyano reminds him of the confession, but Sasaki explains that he doesn’t know how to express his feelings. He says he feels delighted when they’re together, and it’s hard to put in words.
Miyano confesses to Sasaki that his feelings for him are that of admiration, but whenever he thinks about him, even BL becomes confusing.
He admits that he just likes reading BL and doesn’t want to experience it, but despite that, he still wants to think a little more about Sasaki’s confession. Sasaki smiles to himself and feels relieved that he fell for Miyano.
