1. Chapter 43 Release Date
Samurai 8 Chapter 42, title unknown, will be released on March 22nd, 2020. Chapter 42 ended with Hachimaru’s Heroism stats going up to infinity. Hence, Hachimaru will likely use the ultimate move of Kongo Yasha style — Shooting Star Sword.
2. Chapter 43 Speculation
In chapter 37, Daruma revealed the existence of ultimate moves to Hachimaru. These ultimate moves, like Shooting Star Sword of Kongo-Yasha style, need the stats to be infinity.
Hence, they can only be performed by the like of Fudo Myo-o. At the end of chapter 42, Hachimaru acquires both the Fudo form by Fudo Hachimaru, and his stats(Heroism) go up to infinity.
It has been heavily implied that Hachimaru will attack Ata with Shooting Star Sword in the next chapter.

4. Chapter 42 Plot
Chapter 42, titled “Shooting Star Sword,” was on another level. When Hachi realizes the true meaning of Fudo Myo-o’d words, he discorporates into a locker ball.
However, he does not die — instead, he perfects his spiritual form and becomes a Fudo Myo-o incarnate himself!
He is then explained by Fudo Myo-o about the existence and preservance of a samurai’s will that passes on through locker balls. Hachi then returns to his normal dimension and absorbs the other seven kakus and goes to fight against Ata.
Ata tries to do a trick attack on Ann and fataly wounds Hachimaru when he tries to save Ann. When all hope seems to be lost, Hachimaru gathers his strength and conviction which leads to his Heroism stats going up straight to infinity!
