After the second test, this chapter starts with Mr. Sakamoto and Shin with the remaining applicants on the shore. As Akira has a JCC bullet, she mentions Mr. Sakamoto and the group to pass together and be in the same class at JCC.
Meanwhile, Usami notices that additional members have arrived for the final test. He announces to the remaining applicants of the new application who will join based on recommendation. Usami introduces Kaji, Toramaru and Shinaya for the test.
The applicants get agitated because the three new applicants easily get to join in the final round.With tensions high, Usami mentions pro assassins have recommended the three.Toramaru almost takes out an applicant for making fun of her Sakamoto keychain.
Mr. Sakamoto and Shin get astonished by the keychain and decide to keep their distance from Toramaru. Meanwhile, Slur tries to connect with a recruit, but the call isn’t going through. Gaku mentions the recruits are probably in the middle of the exam.
Kashima asks Slur if recruiting people without experience is a good idea. Slur replies that he believes young people stand a chance of changing society. Getting back to the final exam, Usami reveals the exam will be a team battle.
He asks the applicants to open their JCC bullets from which they receive colored bands.The head admin then explains the exam will be a game of tail tag. The players will be divided into seven teams and have two hours to get as many colored bands from the opponent teams.
One of the applicants realizes the game is built based on a military program rather than a childish game.Mr. Sakamoto and Shin realize they’re in enemy teams and will be against each other.
As the teams are set based on colors, Usami mention they can use weapons the way they want. With everything explained, the game begins.
