Sailor Moon Eternal, Netflix Reveals Two-Part Anime Film’s English Dub Cast

“Sailor Moon” is one of the most popular franchises out there. The recently released two-part anime film “Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie” is the latest addition to the franchise.

The story follows Usagi Tsukino and other Sailor Guardians as they try to save the Earth from the clutches of the evil Dead Moon Circus.

Directed by Chiaki Kon, the first and second parts were released on January 8 and February 11, respectively, in Japan. For the international audience, Netflix is all set to stream the films in English.

Netflix will stream both parts of Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie starting from June 3.

Both the films have a running time of 80 minutes each, so if you watch them one after the other, it will be 160 minutes of non-stop action!

Netflix also released a trailer for the English dub of Sailor Moon Eternal: The Movie.

The trailer shows the Dead Moon Circus and Queen Nehelenia attacking Earth. Usagi, Chibiusa, and Tuxedo Mask are also visible in the video. The heavy music adds to the drama of the story.

Fans are hyped up for the film as the video crossed 100K views within hours after its release on YouTube!

The highly experienced cast promises to bring the same quality in the English dub as in the original Japanese version. Yasuharu Takanashi’s original music from the Japanese version will be retained in the Netflix dub as well.

The last Sailor Moon movie was released back in 1995. So, without a doubt, fans from all over the globe are excited about the upcoming release!

The anime based on the original manga has received widespread critical acclaim and the Sailor Moon franchise is unique for its character design and cinematography.

About Sailor Moon

Bishōjo Senshi Sērā Mūn or Pretty Guardian Sailor Moon is based on the anime of the same name.

It follows the story of a 14-year-old girl, Usagi Tsukino, who is clumsy and underachieving. One day, she encounters a magical talking cat named Luna, who gives her the ability to transform into her magical alter ego, Sailor Moon.
