Sacrificial Princess & the King of Beasts Unveils New P.V, Main Staff

The Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts will be released in April 2023. The anime is being produced by J.C. Staff, who has worked on anime such as Toradora and Food Wars.

Anime’s official website recently released the second promotional video and main visual for the series. The video provides additional information about the anime’s cast and theme music.

The anime adaptation is directed by Chiaki Kon (Sailor Moon Eternal), with series composer Seishi Minakami (Sugar Apple Fairy Tale), character designer Shinya Hasegawa (Golden Time), and music composer Kohta Yamamoto (Attack on Titan The Final Season).

About Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts

Sacrificial Princess and the King of Beasts (Niehime to Kemono no Ō) is a manga series by Yu Tomofuji. The manga started serialization in the Hana to Yume magazine in 2015 and ended in 2020. An anime adaptation will be released in April 2023.

A spinoff series, titled “The White Rabbit and the Beast Prince” has also begun its serialization since August 2022.

The series shows a young girl who is sent to the king of beasts as a sacrifice. Instead of killing her, the king is taken by her and keeps her as a consort.
