Pawoo is looking for her brother and finds a giant spider trying to eat an elderly couple. She saves them, so they take her to their place to give her a drink. Their town is now desolate because of a mushroom keeper’s drugs.

Unlike Bisco, Milo is friendly, so the hostage girl has a crush on him and gives him food. She tells him they got rusting, but medicine is expensive, so the adults were taken to Kurokawa to work for him.

Milo knows they were deceived so the adults would fall into a debt trap. It’s just shellskin disease which is easily treatable. So he treats her and gives her the data for drug synthesis.

Bisco is confined, and he sees a harpoon on the wall which belonged to Nuts’ dead father. Of course, he asks for it and gets rejected. He makes friends with the other boy who has memorized the subway map.

The couple who took in Pawoo are actually serial killers who poisoned her tea. She fights them, and they know they can’t overpower her, so they blow their workshop up and kill themselves.

The giant flying blowfish attack Nuts’ town, and Akaboshi breaks out of his jail. He saves the subway boy and kills the fish with the harpoon. Bisco and Milo are let go, and Nuts throws the harpoon to Bisco.

In the end, governor Kurokawa finds Jabi posing as one of his workers
