The news of his victory quickly passes around the battlefield and reaches Hyogo Prefecture. After hearing the report, the Captain laughs and says that it’s no surprise he won in close combat. Soichiro doesn’t want to congratulate him cause Soshiro hates his guts.

They’re interrupted by a sudden report that says the suspected Honju has shown up in Nishiyashirocho. Soichiro mobilizes his squad and prepares to battle. All the generals pass the information that Hoshina has defeated Kaiju No. 12 and that Chofu Airport is now under control.

This leaves only one identified class threat in Tachikawa City, Tokyo. Captain Ashiro is the only one left to take on this battle and carries the hopes of his comrades. Kaiju No. 14 teleports around the battlefield, attacking everywhere and evading all attacks.

Even when they fire beams and land attacks on the monster, it reveals a barrier that protects it from all attacks. The snipers get orders to continue shooting regardless of the defenses while they try to find a way to break through.

While they try to trap the Kaiju in a specific zone using sniper shots, the ground unit provides backup while disposing of Yoju. The Operators and Science Team calculate the teleportation pattern in the meantime. Mina shows up at the perfect time with a gun twice her size, asking Takao to leave the beast to her.
