Episode 8 of How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom season 2 starts with Roroa offering Kazuya her hand in marriage. Three is already a crowd, so four would be unacceptable to Liscia.
Liscia asks Roroa why she wants to do something like that, and she says she’s doing the same thing as Liscia. Marrying Roroa would give Kazuya legitimacy to rule over the kingdom of Amidonia.
She also plans to supply him with information about the papacy and finance the state from her own business. Will Kazuya take her up on the offer?

Episode 9 Speculations
Everything is settled, the princess of Amidonia is married to Kazuya and the kingdoms of Elfrieden and Amidonia will henceforth be known as Friedonia.
The dispute with the Gran Chaos empire has been settled but we haven’t seen any action from Prince Julius. Now that he’s been deprived of his throne, he’s going to stay quiet about it.
Liscia seems bummed out that Roroa slept in Kazuya’s bed last night and she, his first wife, doesn’t even have a child with him. Hopefully, we’ll see it in the future.

Episode 8 Recap
Roroa tells Kazuya that she’s here to marry him. Kazuya is of course very surprised, but the one who takes offense is Liscia. She asks Roroa why she would make such a demand and Roroa says she’s doing the same thing Liscia had.
Marrying Roroa would mean Kazuya gets legitimacy to rule Amidonia, the same reason Liscia is engaged to Kazuya. Liscia says that might have been the reason at first but she’s developed feelings for him now.
Aisha and Juna are also his wives because they want to be. Roroa says that’s okay too, she saw him on the broadcasts and liked him enough to want to marry him.
She also makes a bunch of economic propositions which even Kazuya hadn’t thought of before. She thinks they should let merchants buy out slots for broadcasts, like modern-day advertisements.
Kazuya thinks it’ll be good to marry her because she’ll give him legitimacy. She has information about the Lunarian papacy, and will run her business and secretly help the state. He still asks Liscia, and she says he should marry Roroa.
Kazuya talks it over with the empress of Gran Chaos, Maria, and talks over the annexation. Maria isn’t okay with it but Kazuya puts it under the clause of the Amidonia’s people’s right to self-determination.
Kazuya is off to do the paperwork for the annexation, when he wakes up, he gets questioned by Liscia as to why he’s in bed with Roroa.

How a Realist Hero Rebuilt the Kingdom is a light novel series by Dojyomaru and Fuyuyuki. It was adapted into a manga in July 2017 and is inspiring an anime that will release in July 2021.
Kazuya Souma is summoned to another world as a hero who needs to save the day or rather an entire kingdom. He is handed over the crown of Elfreiden.
