Police in a Pod Episode 3: Release Date, Speculation, Watch Online

Episode 1 of Police in a Pod starts with Kawai taking a runaway girl to criminal affairs so that she can be re-homed. Fuji notices something’s wrong, and she confesses that her stepfather has been raping her, and that’s why she ran away.

After the man is incarcerated, the child goes back to her mother. Incidents like these make Kawai fear men, and Fuji tells her it’s “humanity” that’s scary. 2007 called, they want their crappy philosophy back.

They also find a girl who had been hit by her boyfriend and took her to criminal affairs. Later the perpetrator barges in and insults two police officers, who stand their ground.

Episode 3 Speculations

This episode focused on women and their fear of men. What fans find odd is how Fuji dismisses Maki and Kawai’s fear of men so lightly.

When Kawai says the domestic abuse case made her even more scared of men, Fuji says it’s humanity that’s scary. I haven’t heard that one fin a long time.

Poor Kawai still struggles with spotting misdemeanors and crimes, even though she’s the police. With more episodes, we hope to see her come out of her shell and flourish.

Fuji takes Kawai and the girl to the criminal affairs department, where she tells them how she would go on dates and get paid for them. She is surprised to know Kawai is a virgin.

She tells Kawai her whole story and every explicit detail of her trips to the love hotels, making Kawai feel worse. When asked about family, she says she left because she wanted to give her newlywed mother and stepfather some space.

Her mother is contacted, and both the parents come to pick her up. The mother looks worried sick while the father doesn’t know what to do. Fuji picks up on it and brings in the girl to get her signature.

She then asks the girl the real reason for why she left. She breaks down crying and says her stepfather raped her every time the mother went out of the house.

While they’re on their second patrol, Fuji finds a woman wandering with only one slipper on. When she tells them her boyfriend hit her, she ran away scared. She was also brought to the criminal affairs department, a place filled with men.
