NFL fans all over America were on the edge of their chairs as yesterday’s games decided the final spots for the upcoming Super Bowl. The Tennessee Titan’s hot win streak was ended by the Kansas City Chiefs in the final.
As a treat for the NFL and Attack on Titan fans, Kansas City Chiefs celebrated their victory by releasing a video that shows Patrick Mahomes in the AOT universe.
The video, uploaded by @BleacherReport on Twitter, shows Patrick Mahomes taking down a Titan dressed up in the colours of Tennessee Titans. The whole video is a big pun, as Patrick takes down a Titan, after defeating a team full of them.
The clip’s animation is taken directly from the anime, with Patrick’s face edited onto Captain Levi. The quality of the edit is clean and shows just how powerful Patrick’s performance was in yesterday’s game (especially the second half). Patrick was dubbed the MVP of the game and is deserving of comparison with Captain Levi.
Kansas City Chiefs will now be seen at the end of the season on February 2 against the 49ers in Super Bowl IV.
