Ouken’s impact on everyone in the kingdom and their desperation to save him is made clear in episode 5 of Ousama Ranking: Treasure Chest titled “The Laws of the Underworld.”
Fren leaves the underworld to take on his own mission and find the cure for Ouken’s immortality. Moreover, the story of Despa’s horse, which used to be the finest in the kingdom and has now become a laughingstock, quickly spreads through the realm.
Hokuro’s admission as a soldier into the Kingdom of Bosse and his desperation to stay by Bojji’s side and protect him with his life are evident. However, plans are building up behind his back.
1. Episode 6 Speculation:
Fren’s journey to find the cure for immortality for Ouken results in him finding out about Miranjo and giving Despa the information; this will likely lead to more stories about Desha’s decision to move on and the build-up to the fights that took place during season 1.
We may also see some stories about Miranjo since we are approaching that time in the storyline, as well as some of Hokuro and the moments before the betrayal where Bojji is sent down into the underworld.

3. Recap of Episode 5:
Despa and Desha desperately research and try to find the source behind Ouken’s immortality and also a cure for it. Not only the brothers but also his partner on the battlefield requests the king to take part in the mission and help them find it.
However, the next day they find out that Fren has fled the underworld and taken it upon himself to find the cure. Some of Fren’s friends go to Despa to find more information on why he ran and decide to get themselves involved for his sake.
Fren has been moving through towns and is eventually noticed by the Royal Guard and is almost caught, but Fren’s friends come in at the right moment and fight them off to save him. The Captain of the Guard manages to see and stab him, throwing him into the river.
He announces Fren’s death and the mission’s success, but it is revealed that it was all an act to help Fren escape since he knows he was trying to help Ouken. Eventually, he reaches back to Despa’s doorstep and gives him newly found information.
Fren has found information regarding the woman being in the Kingdom of Bosse, and he turns himself into Desha, who understands his mission entirely and lets him go with his life. Moving on to the next story, Despa’s horse has become extremely fat.
The one who used to be one of the fastest horses in the area, the White King, quickly gained weight without any surveillance. After seeing an extremely handsome horse in the area, Whiteking becomes distressed and immediately begins exercising to gain back his form.
Hokuro was a newly hired soldier in the Kingdom of Bosse who owed a great deal to Prince Bojji because of his kindness. When Bojji is to go on a journey, Hokuro volunteers to go with him, and even despite his apparent lack of swordsmanship, Hiling takes pity and lets him tag along.

Ōsama Ranking (Ranking of Kings) is a Japanese comedy manga series by Sōsuke Tōka. It has been serialized online via Echoes’ user-submitted Manga Hack website since May 2017. An anime television series adaptation by Wit Studio premiered in October 2021.
The story centers around Bojji, a deaf, powerless prince who cannot even wield a children’s sword. As the firstborn son, he strives hard and dreams of becoming the world’s greatest king.
However, people mutter about him behind his back as “a good-for-nothing prince” and “no way he can be king.” Bojji is able to make his first-ever friend, Kage, a literal shadow on the ground who somehow understands Bojji well.
The story follows Bojji’s coming-of-age as he meets various people in his life, starting with his fateful encounter with Kage.
