Oreimo and Eromanga are undoubtedly two of Tsukasa Fushimi’s greatest works in the comedy genre.
Although the two protagonists, Kirino and Sagiri, haven’t physically met each other yet, we have got enough hints to confirm that they share the same world.
After their cameos in the Eromanga Sensei series, it was just a matter of time before they come together on the same page, and finally, it’s here.
A collaboration story of the Oreimo and Eromanga manga series will be released as part of Kadokawa’s Light Novel Expo 2020.

Light Novel Expo 2020 brings creators from five of Kadokawa’s sub-imprints to celebrate the medium they share, and this collaboration manga will be one of its biggest attractions.
Nothing is revealed yet regarding the plot it will follow. However, fans are hoping for a slice of life plot with lots of comedy elements in it.
We may also get to see a reference to their previous online conversation. And now that they are finally meeting each other, I am curious to find out how they react.
We otakus crave for such crossovers but hardly get to see any these days. So, it will be interesting to see how Fushimi clubs up two of its ongoing light novels. Who knows, it may just take the event to a whole new level!
The story follows two step-siblings, Sagiri and Masamune. Ever since her parents’ death, Sagiri has isolated herself from everyone, including her stepbrother Masamune.
Masamune’s life continues as usual, but he still tries his best to make Sagiri leave her room.
Other than being a high school student, Masamune is also a light novel author.
Although they have worked together for three years, Masamune has never met his illustrator “Eromanga-sensei.” And one day, he ultimately realizes that Eromanga-sensei has been his stepsister all along!
