One Room’s official website revealed the new season’s cast, and it contains two new members. Miyu Tomita will be playing Akira Kotokawa, a young student in the gardening club with the protagonist.
Yumiri Hanamori will play Saya Orisaki, a 24-year-old living in the apartment above the protagonist.

One Room Production Details
The original story will be written by Eiji Mano with Kantoku on original character designs. Takuya Tani returns to adapt the characters while Zero-G will be animating the series.
The anime premiered its first season in January 2017, and the second season premiered in July 2018. Both aired 12 episodes each and were also streamed on Crunchyroll. The anime-inspired the Room Mate: One Room Side M spinoff that released in April 2017.
Crunchyroll describes the plot with “first-person narrative“:
You are the protagonist. A new project in virtual anime from SMIRAL Animation that also brought you the “Anitore” series and “Makuranodanshi.” This time, the project is about 3 stories that develop in your (one) Room.
