One Piece Rumors And Leaks Reveal Project Titled “Odyssey” from Bandai Namco

One of the perfect things about One Piece is that it is an endless wonder full of manga, anime, games, and every imaginable form of merchandise.

However, even with such a sea of content, there always seems to be a need for more. Coincidently, due to such a fanatic fan base hiding things from them is highly difficult. That’s why this piece of information might pique your interest.

According to an online trademark checker, Shueisha and Bandai Namco have registered a new title called “One Piece Odyssey.” The trademark was filed on June 17th; however, it was only made public on July 6th.

Upon closer inspection, Bandai Namco may use the trademark for downloadable computer programs for mobile phones, computer programs, and other electronic applications. This makes us speculate about a possible One Piece video game.

Though there is no other leak about this project yet, we can expect an open-world RPG for consoles and PC from the name “Odyssey.” However, knowing the recent trend in video gaming, I fear that it might be a gacha game. 

There is even a chance that the rumored project might only launch in Japan with no international release, just like the past games, but we really can’t be sure which side the coin of fate will fall. 

The last major One Piece game was One Piece: Pirate Warriors 4 from Bandai Namco, released in March 2020. With fans already hyped up over this leak, we can be sure that Bandai Namco will not disappoint us.
