The Akazaya members tried to fight Kanjuro in episode 1025, titled “The Worst Generation gets Wiped Out?! The Emperors’ Deadly Attack!”
This episode was pretty epic. We got a lot of well-animated fight scenes, with Kaido and Big Mom Vs. the worst generation standing out the most. Zoro’s attempt to stop the sea emperor’s attack gave me goosebumps.
The suffering continued for the Akazaya members, and one of the members had to sacrifice himself just for the other members to move ahead. I sometimes feel really bad for these guys, hope they get some peace soon.

Episode 1026 Speculations
The worst generation will fight back in episode 1026, titled “The Supernovas Strikes Back! The Mission to Tear Apart the Emperor!!”
They might try to team up and pull off a trick, and it will probably shock Kaido. The sea emperors have dominated the fight all this time, and the heroes don’t even stand a chance against their enemies.
The anime is quite behind the manga, so I don’t think that the worst generation will get any advantage or land a significant blow on Kaido anytime soon. We just have to be a little patient here and enjoy the fights.

Episode 1026 Recap
All the Akazaya members are shocked to see Kanjuro behind the Oden’s reappearance and are furious at him. They try to attack him, but he corners them and plans to blow them up with bombs.
They can’t find a way out. Ashura steps up, grabs Oden’s clone, and jumps off the balcony. He tells the others to run away and save Momonosuke. The bomb blows, and we see him lying down, either fatally wounded or dead.
A strange fellow shows up and lights a room on fire. It is later revealed that the guy is Orochi and alive. He is there to take revenge against Kaido for what he did to Orochi.
The Akazaya members are running towards Momonosuke when Jack blocks their way. They get ready to fight him, but Dogstorm stops them and tells them to move ahead as he will take care of Jack. They move forward, leaving him behind.
Chopper has knocked out Queen for calling him a raccoon. Queen gets up to attack him, but Marco has him back (this scene has some pretty sick animation). The other soldiers present there are also ready to fight Queen.
The worst generation is not able to hold themselves against Kaido and Big Mom. They failed to do any damage to the sea emperors. Big Mom decides to strike a significant blow at them and tells Kaido to join her.
They both start generating tremendous energy and throw it all at the five pirates. They have no way to escape this attack. Zoro jumps in front and tries to stop the ball of energy. He tries his best but fails and is very severely injured.
Luffy jumps up to fight Kaido. He gets ready to use Red Roc again, but Kaido dodges it. Luffy mocks him for dodging his attack and gets ready to strike again.
