Imu orders the five elders to destroy Lulusia in chapter 1086 of One Piece, titled “The Five Elders.”
We finally got the names of all the elders after so many years. They all are descendants of gods, and their names indicate that pretty well. We got the backstory behind what happened that led to the destruction of Lulusia.
We also met a pretty important character, the supreme commander of the Holy Knights appeared for the first time, and his introduction was nothing less than badass.

1. Chapter 1087 Raw Scans, Leaks
The spoilers for chapter 1087, titled ‘Battleship Bag’ have been revealed. It starts with Brannew showing two battleships to Jango and Fullbody at Marine Base G-1. He tells them that Garp and Aokiji (Kuzan) used them as sandbags and practiced their punches without using any special abilities. Garp is then shown battling Blackbeard Pirates at Hachinosu with Koby and Grus.
Garp uses the bodies of Blackbeard pirates as a shield to defend from Vasco Shot’s fire attack. Then he throws the burned bodies to burn the town. As Kuzan gets back on his feet, Garp tells Koby and Grus to run. Koby gets tricked by a pirate woman pretending to be in danger. Shiryu tries to stab Koby but Garp comes in between, getting himself stabbed but taking down the former. Now weakened, the pirates attack Garp.
A flashback shows Garp and Kuzan’s first meeting. Kuzan asks Garp to take him in but Garp suggests training with the Marine instructors. Kuzan refuses and throws punches at the battleship. Both his punches and his bond with Garp improve. In the present, Garp and Kuzan punch each other using haki and get thrown away. Lastly, Garp is seen injured and lying on the ground. He tells Koby not to panic and that justice will prevail.

The reverie came to a close with King Cobra’s death under wraps. Vivi and Wapol have boarded a ship to the Eigis kingdom. Vivi asks Wapol what he saw, but Wapol refuses to tell her anything.
Bonney boards the Tenjine kingdom ship while Sabo gets on the Lulusia kingdom ship. The news of Cobra’s death and Sabo’s disappearance starts spreading everywhere. The five elders start getting worried.
They get a call from Imu, and she demands Vegapunk’s weapon called the Mother’s Frame to be tested on the Lulusia kingdom. The elders agree with little hesitation. Lulusia is destroyed.

Imu also desires Vivi. The navy got busy dealing with the end of the seven warlords and suppressing the uprising in member countries of the government.
The navy was able to launch a new campaign with the help of the Seraphims, the models including Donquixote Doflamingo, Gecko Moria, and Crocodile.
Sabo continues his story, telling about what happened when he landed on Lulusia. When he was to leave, he was accompanied by some people from the island who were eager to join the army.
When they set sail from the island, they saw a huge dark cloud above Lulusia that completely annihilated the place. Ivankov tells them that out of the twenty who created the world, one of the monarchs’ names was St. Imu of the Nerona Dynasty.
There is someone out there who has been living for ages. Also, if the weapon was that dangerous, then Vegapunk definitely made it. Dragon doesn’t believe this.
In Sacred Marijoa, a celestial dragon got executed secretly. The man who passed sentence is the present supreme commander of the Holy Knights, named St. Figarland Garling.
The person he executed was protecting the fishermen; his name was Donquixote Myosgard.
