Shueisha Reveals a Chaotic New Visual for ‘Mission: Yozakura Family’ Anime

The 14th issue of Shueisha’s Weekly Shonen Jump magazine revealed that CHiCO would perform the ending theme song “fam!” for ‘Mission: Yozakura Family’. The anime will premiere on April 7, 2024.

CHiCO is a trendy artist with a uniquely deep voice, and it will be interesting to see how her voice adds to this new series.

The issue also revealed a new visual. The chaotic teaser features Taiyo, who seems to be shooting against the enemies while holding his love, Mutsumi, in his arms. We also see Mutsumi’s Yandere brothers in the background.

Mirai Minato is directing the anime at SILVER LINK, and Kaede Hondo plays the role of Mutsumi. 

The series is top-rated due to its gripping storyline and interesting characters. While the plot makes it seem like there would be problematic relationship dynamics, they are surprisingly healthy. Let’s hope for the anime to create the same engagement as the manga.

About Mission: Yozakura Family

Mission: Yozakura Family (Yozakura-san Chi no Daisakusen) is a manga series written and illustrated by Hitsuji Gondaira.

It follows the protagonist Taiyo Asano and Mutsumi Yozakura who’s the head of an elite spy family. After getting targetted by Mutsumi’s overprotective brother, Taiyo agrees to marry Mutsumi to protect both of them from her brother. This leads Taiyo to become a part of Yozakura family and learning how to become a spy for Mutsumi’s protection and safety.
