“Bang Brave Bang Bravern” is an anime that can potentially revive the mecha genre. The anime has a deeper storyline and doesn’t just rely on fancy designs to get by.

The first episode was released recently, and it was well received. Now, more details about the cast and theme song have been revealed.

The official website for Masami Obari’s ‘Bang Brave Bang Bravern’ revealed a second promotional video and visual. The anime was released on 11 January 2024.

The second promotional video depicts Isami Ao fighting to save the world while Braeburn suddenly appears. Isami appears to be confused by the attack of a mysterious enemy and the sudden appearance of Braeburn. 

The video also includes action scenes that play along with the opening theme song in the background.

The key visual features are all the main characters, including Isami and Lewis, with Bravern occupying most of the image.

Kenichi Suzumura has been revealed as a new cast member who will be voicing Robot Bravern.

Kenichi Suzumura also performs the opening theme song, “Ba-Bang to Suisan! Bang Bravern.” While the stars Ryōta Suzuki (Isami Ao) and Yōhei Azakami (Lewis Smith) are performing the ending theme song “Sōen no Shōzō.” 

The fans have been enjoying the theme songs. Most of the fans are listening to them on repeat.

A new illustration of Braeburn by Tsuyoshi Kusanagi has also been released and features Robot Bravern.

The reviews of the first episode have been positive, and most of them enjoyed the plot. However, some of them weren’t happy with the sloppy design work. It will be interesting to see if the plot is good enough to ignore the art quality.
