New PV for ‘Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc’ Reveals Ending Theme Artist

The previously announced ‘Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc’ anime has created big waves in the anime community. With Takemichi deciding not to time travel again until he and Mikey are in control of Toman, fans were left wanting for more when season 2 ended.

As the premiere of the new season of Tokyo Revengers draws closer, the staff of the anime has released new information for the fans.

The official website for the television anime of Ken Wakui’s ‘Tokyo Revengers’ manga started streaming the second promotional video for the Tokyo Revengers: Tenjiku Arc anime, the latest arc in the manga’s adaptation. The anime is set to debut on October 3.

The Tenjiku arc introduces Tenjiku, a criminal organization commanded by Izana Kurokawa and Tetta Kisaki. Their sole objective is to seek revenge on the Tokyo Manji Gang (Toman), controlled by Mikey.

The video also reveals the ending theme song “Say My Name” by the band HEY-SMITH.

In the new visual, we can see Izana and Mikey in an intense stare down.

The staff from the previous two seasons will return for the upcoming Tokyo Revengers season 3. As for the previous and new cast members that were revealed are as follows:

Tokyo Revengers season 3 will cover more than half of the series’ storyline after the Tenjiku arc, leaving only the Bonten, Three Deities, and Kanto Manji arcs.

Though the Tenjiku arc remains a fan favorite, it is sure to captivate the hearts of longtime manga fans as well as anime-only fans.

About Tokyo Revengers

Tokyo Revengers is a manga written and illustrated by Ken Wakui. It began serialization in Kodansha’s Weekly Shōnen Magazine on March 1, 2017, and ended its run in November 2022. It is compiled into 31 tankobon volumes.

The story revolves around Takemichi Hanagaki, who learned that Tokyo Manji Gang had killed his only ex-girlfriend from back in middle school. After learning about the incident, Takemichi was pushed from the railway platform.

Landing on the tracks, he closed his eyes, accepting his death, but when he opened his eyes, he had time-leaped 12 years into the past.
