Netflix Adds 8 New Players to Squid Game 2 and Fixes a Fan Complaint!

Netflix has just revealed more cast members for season 2 of Squid Games, and this time, some women are in the mix too!

This comes after the streaming service faced criticism for not including any female players in their initial announcement at Tudum, their annual online fan event, where they teased what’s coming up on their platform.

The new Squid Game season 2 cast additions are Park Gyu-Young, Jo Yu-Ri, Kang Ae-Sim, Lee David, Lee Jin-Uk, Choi Seung-Hyun, Roh Jae-Won, and Won Ji-An.

We don’t know much about their roles yet, but we’re excited to see how they will fare in the deadly games. The show is expected to start filming later this year, so stay tuned for more updates!

So, what will Seong Gi-Hun do next after surviving the brutal Squid Game?

The first season of the smash-hit Korean show ended with a twist: instead of boarding a plane to America and leaving his past behind, he decided to stay and fight back against the people who run the deadly contest.

However, he won’t be alone in his quest for justice. Squid Game season 2 will also explore the mystery of the Hwang brothers, who have a complicated relationship as Front Man and with Jun-Ho.

Netflix has confirmed that Jun-Ho is alive after being shot by his brother, which means he could help Gi-Hun expose the truth behind Squid Game.

We can’t wait to see how their stories unfold in the next season!

The connection between the different stories and the next round of Squid Game is unclear.

Netflix seems to suggest that all the new faces will join the deadly competition, but maybe some are just related to the real contestants. Or perhaps the main puppeteer is hidden in the new cast list!

Besides the plot twists, we also can’t wait to see the new challenges in Squid Game season 2. Will they survive or die trying?
