3. Recap of Episode 6

Christmas time arrives, Katase dresses up as Santa, and Shinozaki is her reindeer. She gives him a hug since it’s Christmas, and he is elated. At the peak of his happiness, Shinozaki wakes up from his dream.

Hayakawa asks the manager to help her sell manuscripts at the fest, and he’s excited to be involved. Some recurring customers recognize Hayakawa for her BL books and approach her table to ask about the manager.

After Shinozaki gets home, Katase calls him to thank him for everything. His sister eavesdrops on the conversation and assumes that he has a girlfriend. He repeatedly tries to deny it, but all the evidence is entirely against him.

She decides to test him using a psychology test and uses a list of animals to pinpoint what type of girl he’s seeing. The two go to the shrine the following day to celebrate the new year, and Shinozaki’s sister follows them.

After seeing Katase, she runs to hug her because she looks fluffy and cute. The manager takes this opportunity to suggest that she should help him set them up. Hayakawa puts an end to the discussion and brings them back on track.

My Tiny Senpai is a Summer 2023 anime by Studio project No.9. It is inspired by a manga series by the same name that is authored and illustrated by Saisō. The anime was first announced in Fall 2022 and premiered in July 2023.

Shinozaki, an office worker, has just received a new job offer, but work turns out to be very tough. He struggles at his workplace until a very strict yet cute senpai takes him under her wing. Katase knows the ins and outs of the job, but Shinozaki hopes that his senpai will pay him more attention outside of work matters too.
