The title of episode 5 of My Isekai Life is “That cold Looked Troubling”. Yuuji begins the episode by venturing out into the cold with slimes and the wolf in quest of a village.
The village boasts delicious food. When he told them he was coming to eat their food, the guards of the village warned him that this chill had arrived out of nowhere 10 days ago.
He went to a restaurant and asked for meals, but they told him that they were closed since they had burned all of their wood supplies to warm up the area. They explained to him that simply cutting the wood is useless because it is too moist to be utilized for cooking and generates a lot of smoke.
He went out and cut some trees to help them prepare him something and keep the restaurant going. He used slimes to help him dry the wood. With his magic and battle abilities, he had no trouble cutting down the trees.
The chef prepared him a delicious supper, which he thoroughly appreciated. They told him that they believed they should share this wood with others because the entire town was in danger due to the frost.
