3. Episode 9 Recap
Tetsuo asks Kyoichi to cook a homemade meal for him, as it might be their last day. The two then talk about their families. Kyoichi brings Tetsuo to inform Takeda that he has uncovered no evidence of Nobuto’s disappearance.
During his stay, Takeda receives an email claiming that the yakuza are inept and that Nobuto and Koichi masterminded an armored car robbery 18 months earlier. They investigate Nobuto’s flat and discover a large amount of cash before summoning Kubo to supervise a search of Koichi’s residence.
They discover some money, but there is also a sack holding human bone remains that Koichi has never seen before and a tablet containing the fake video.
Koichi tries to blame Tetsuo and Takeda, but he lacks evidence, and Kubo concludes that Koichi must bear responsibility for Nobuto’s death. Tetsuo then reveals that he arranged for Kasen to place Nobuto’s remains there, seemingly using a parachute, and also sent the email that was used to frame Kyoichi.
Tetsuo also influences Takeda by telling him about the safe in the apartment and that Kyoichi is desperate to cover something up. Kubo then decides that Kyoichi will be taken to Matori. When Kyoichi claims he is framed, Kobu calls him incompetent if that is the case.
4. About My Home Hero
My Home Hero is a manga series by Naoki Yamakawa and Masashi Asaki. It was first launched in May 2017 in the Weekly Young Magazine.
The series revolves around Tetsuo, a 47-year-old man who has never committed any crime. He has a tsundere daughter, Reika, who he loves a lot.
After Reika moves out, Tetsuo realizes that she is in an abusive relationship, and her boyfriend plans to kill her. In that instant, he decides to go against his peaceful nature to do anything to protect his family.
