As the episode unfolds, the city faces a new threat: a massive villain with a Gigantification Quirk, resembling a kaiju from a monster movie. While Koichi and Pop Step help evacuate civilians, they discover a child left behind in the chaos. Koichi pleads for Captain Celebrity’s help, but the hero refuses, insisting he needs an official request from the authorities before stepping in. Disappointed but undeterred, Koichi takes it upon himself to save the child, who turns out to be a dog.
