The chapter begins with All for one sting on a throne menacingly and telling Spinner how fortunate it is that they can carry out their operations from the tiny island nation they’re on with the runaway Tartarus prisoners creating a diversion.
Spinner points out that it will still mean victory for them if they can just escape, making All for one sneer saying that they have very different goals.
He doesn’t just want to get his hands on One For All, but his plans and simulations go way beyond lifetimes.
All for one tells Spinner that he has connections all over the world, but he has been met with his greatest hurdle and the greatest opportunity to realise his plans.
If a hero like her intervened, his plans would be doomed, but if he could somehow get his hands on her quirk it would take his sinister plans to the next level. He then gives Spinner the additional responsibility of aiding Shigaraki in his battles.
Later, executives of the paranormal liberation are seen giving a call to arms against the hero society, branding villains as the true liberators.
Hawks and Best Jeanist are seen in a car on their way to pick up Star and Stripe, reading off an itinerary of work and plans. It is here that they are seen getting a distress call from Tsukauchi, while Endeavour speeds towards his destination.
A dark figure is seen looming in the distance, facing Star and Stripe. Star and Stripe first thinks that it is All For One who’s come for her.
The villain’s face is seen at last and it’s revealed to be Tomura Shigaraki, who doesn’t give away his identity right away. Will a pro hero of Star and Stripe’s calibre come out of this in one piece?
