Kitagawa is bummed that her father refused to attend the festival with her due to Kitagawa not completing her homework. Kitagawa says she’s working too much, which is why she can’t do her homework.

Gojo asks her what she does, and Kitagawa hands him a magazine with her pictures. He asks Kitagawa if she’s a celebrity, and she says that she’s just a casual model. She’s doing more of it now since she wants to buy an expensive DSLR camera.

Gojo and Kitagawa watch a scary movie, and Kitagawa is creeped out by the film, but Gojo wants to rewatch it to learn more about the costumes. Gojo reminds Kitagawa of the mathematics homework, and Kitagawa realizes she forgot her maths drill at school.

They go and get it back, and later Kitagawa invites Gojo to one of the festivals. Gojo arrived in his Japanese clothes, and so did Kitagawa. Gojo was overwhelmed by how good Kitagawa looked in her yukata.

Kitagawa somehow manages to eat at every food stall there, and later she and Gojo look at the fireworks together, where they have a moment.

Kitagawa blisters her feet because of her traditional shoes and asks Gojo to give her a piggyback ride. Kitagawa says she had fun and that she can’t wait to do this with him next year.
