Mr. Villain’s Day Off anime will premiere in January 2024 on TV Tokyo, TV Osaka, and the BS Nippon TV channel. You will be able to stream it on Crunchyroll once it’s out.
The official website released a trailer on 26 Tuesday, 2023, with a new visual and the theme song artists.
The teaser reveals Mr. Villain taking a day off and some new characters with peculiar personalities.

Singer Ivudot will perform the opening theme song, and the ending theme song will be taken up by the band GLASGOW.
Mr. Villain’s Day Off anime will provide a good start for the year 2024, as the anime is literally about a badass villain who takes a day off from his goal of annihilating mankind, you can imagine how comical it would be.
Warmono, aka our villain, is the General of an evil organization scheming to take over the earth and battle with the “Rangers” who defend the earth. Reminds me of Power Rangers.
However, he takes his mental health pretty seriously, much better than you and I, as he takes a day off to soothe his mind, body, and soul by going to the zoo and getting ice cream for himself.
It’s gonna be a hilarious anime, just like the anime “The Devil is a Part-Timer!” where we see lord Satan working at a MgRonald’s.
Shinei Animation and Synergy SP will direct the anime under Yoshinori Kodaka.
