Mash and Macaron begin their battle to pass the final exam in episode 6 of Mashle: Season 2, titled “Mash Burnedead and You Look, You Lose Your Life.”
All of Mash’s friends successfully pass the Life Crystal exam and move to the final exam. Kaldo, a Divine Visionary, comes up to Mash to check his strength and plays the game of “You Look, You Lose” with him.
Near the end of the episode, the final battle between Macaron and Mash commences. Both seemed unfazed by each other’s strength, and Macaron looked at Mash as just someone he could have fun with.

Episode 7 of Mashle: The Divine Visionary Candidate Exam Arc will be released on Saturday, February 24, 2024. It is a weekly anime, and new episodes are released every Saturday. You can watch Mashle: Season 2 on Crunchyroll.

2. Episode 7 Speculations
Mash and Macaron’s battle will get more intense in episode 7 of Mashle: Season 2, titled “Mash Burnedead and the Magical Maestro.”
Macaron will hold back an attack when he notices that Mash is protecting something. Mash will take out a creampie. Macaron will tell him that they won’t be able to fight with their full power if Mash will have to protect something that precious.
Macaron will then begin to completely overpower Mash with his attacks that cause pain from inside. Seeing that Mash is no match for him, Macaron decides to end the match with one final bow, but Mash, too, will be ready for him with a surprise.
3. Episode 6 Recap
Macaron meets two fellow students and asks them to give up their crystals as they are no match for him. They refuse and try to put up a fight, but they are easily defeated by Macaron.
The exam comes to its conclusion, leaving Dot confused as he didn’t do a thing and yet qualified. They return to the main arena, and the crowd suddenly goes silent when Macaron shows up.
In his room, Macaron warns Orter Madl not to interfere in his fun. Mash and his friends share some fun moments, each living in their own world, when Divine Visionary Kaldo appears out of nowhere.
Kaldo tells Mash, Dot, and Finn that he is the administrator of the magic users thus, no one can become a Divine Visionary unless he approves of them. He asks Mash to play a game with him.
If he wins the game, he will qualify the exam. He wants to play “You Look, You Lose” with Mash. Mash agrees, and they begin. Kaldo forms a circle around Mash and starts pointing in directions Mash doesn’t have to look while defending himself against Kaldo’s attacks.
The game goes on for three rounds, and by the third round, Kaldo starts to attack Mash with his huge sword. Mash avoids getting hit by the sword, all the while avoiding looking in the directions that were pointed out.
He successfully dodges all sorts of attacks. In the end, Kaldo calls it a draw. However, he mentions that it will be tough for Mash to go against Macaron at his current level.
He takes his leave. After some time, the final exam begins. It will be a one-on-one battle where you win if your opponent gives up or passes out. The first match is between Mash and Macaron.
The battle begins. Macaron fires a normal magic attack at Mash. The latter tries to hit it away, but it proves to be too heavy to lift. He gets slammed into a wall.
When the dust fades, Mash is nowhere to be found. He suddenly grabs Macaron from behind, jumps high in the sky, and slams him into the ground. The episode ends with Macaron claiming that he is not having fun.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Kōmoto. It was launched in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in January 2020 and ended in July 2023, with its chapters collected in 18 tankōbon volumes.
Set in a magic world, Mash Burnedead is a young man who was born without magic. In order to live a peaceful life with his adoptive grandfather, he needs to become a Divine Visionary, a title given to exceptional students from the Easton Magic Academy.
Mash goes to the magic school, despite not having any magic, and must survive by only relying on his muscles.
