Mash and his team are back in the game with new adventures, and Mash seems to be already involved in big trouble with the Divine Visionaries. We got introduced to a whole lot of characters, and it was the first time the whole group showed up.

Innocent Zero is highly interested in Mash for some reason and is desperate to get his hands on him. They even intrude on the court proceedings just to warn everyone that Mash belongs to them.

2. Episode 2 Speculations

Walhberg will save Mash from the visionaries in episode 2 of Mashle: Season 2, titled “Mash Burnedead and the Home Visit.”

However, the next episode’s main focus will be Mash returning home. It is a rather strange and unexpected choice from nowhere. He will take his friends along with him and have some leisure time.

Meanwhile, Orter Madl will seek the help of Margarette Macaron, the perfect of Orca dorm, to take care of Mash, as he can’t allow a guy without magic to participate in the Divine Visionary Selection Exam.

As they head out to deal with Mash, they will meet Rayne Ames, obstructing their path.

3. Episode 1 Recap

The rumors about Mash being unable to use magic are spreading rapidly. One of Finn’s classmates tries to provoke him to tell the truth, but Finn gets annoyed and refuses to say otherwise.

Lance, Dot, and Lemon show up. Dot is completely wrapped in bandages like a mummy. He was much more severely injured than assumed earlier. They all gather together in room 302 to celebrate their victory against Lang.

Abel, Love, and Abyss take part in the party too. The party turns into a mess. After the party, Abyss talks to Mash, warning him that he is being targeted by Innocent Zero.

Mash gets a letter from an owl, and the next day, the Bureau of Magic orders an emergency inquiry concerning Mash’s lack of magic. The Mister Bless calls Mash a bug that must be dealt with quickly.

Suddenly, Ryoh Grantz, the Magic Security Forces Captain, shows up, asking Mash to sway the majority to his side to save himself. He gives Mash a candle and tells him to light it without touching it.

Mash rubs his wand on the ground at a tremendous speed to light up the candle. All the Divine Visionaries appear in the court. They tell Mash that he has to die as punishment for being a Lackmagic and attending Easton Academy.

While they are arguing with Mash, Innocent Zero takes control of the Mister Bless’s body and tells the visionaries that Mash belongs to them, and they can’t allow Mash to be killed.

They tell everyone that they have implanted a magiparasite inside Mister Bless’s body. It is dangerous to deal with the parasite, but Mash easily peels it off and ties it up so that it doesn’t attack anyone else.

Still, Orter Madl (one of the visionaries) insists on killing Mash. Ryoh tries to stop him, but he doesn’t listen. While they are arguing, Wahlberg shows up, creating more confusion.

Mashle: Magic and Muscles is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Hajime Kōmoto. It was launched in Shueisha’s Weekly Shōnen Jump magazine in January 2020 and ended in July 2023, with its chapters collected in 18 tankōbon volumes.

Set in a magic world, Mash Burnedead is a young man who was born without magic. In order to live a peaceful life with his adoptive grandfather, he needs to become a Divine Visionary, a title given to exceptional students from the Easton Magic Academy.

Mash goes to the magic school, despite not having any magic, and must survive by only relying on his muscles.
