Joker: Folie A Deux has released an audio preview that features Lady Gaga‘s Harley Quinn speaking to the Joker. Despite the release of two previous trailers, Lady Gaga’s character is heard for the first time in this new audio teaser, introducing her own Harley Quinn to the DC Universe.
The first poster of the movie was released a week ago. It was posted by the ‘A Star Is Born’ actress on her Twitter account, and it shows the Joker (Joaquin Phoenix) dipping Harley Quinn (Lady Gaga) while dancing.

The movie is announced to release on October 4, 2024, while the next official trailer will come out on April 9, 2024. The new audio teaser, which features Gaga’s Harley Quinn saying, “You can do anything you want; you are a Joker,” was posted by DC on Twitter. Here is the audio teaser:

Following the first mega-hit blockbuster Joker, the sequel will feature Joaquin Phoenix as the Joker and Lady Gaga as Harley Quinn as the two most prominent roles. Joker: Folie A Deux also stars Brendan Gleeson, Catherine Keener and Zazie Beetz.
Joker: Folie A Deux, roughly translated to “shared psychosis,” is already anticipated to make history as the first musical in any superhero universe. Following the canon storyline in the comics, Arthur will end up in the Arkham Asylum, where the first memorable meeting between the two happens, with Harley being his psychiatrist.
After winning the Best Actor Oscar for his role, Phoenix is returning as the Joker. Margot Robbie, who has played Harley Quinn in Suicide Squad (2016), Birds of Prey (2020), and Suicide Squad 2 (2021), is thrilled to have Lady Gaga taking over as the new Harley Quinn and that her character will get to live on.
There are a lot of theories floating around about Harry Lawtey’s mystery character. However, there is no confirmation, so we look forward to the trailer dropping next week, which might give us some answers about the highly anticipated sequel.
