After going AWOL for almost two years, a new announcement has finally revealed Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear’s comeback. After watching season 1 of this adorable series, I have no doubt that season 2 is the perfect series to binge-watch.
This relaxing and comfy anime is the ultimate choice for a lazy spring afternoon. Yuna and Fina’s friendship is the most wholesome thing you will see, and even the evil moments seem enough to make you giggle.
Season 2 of Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear will be released in April 2023. Funimation streamed its first season in 2020, so season 2 also has a high chance of getting streamed worldwide.

The trailer shows some of the cutest moments from season 1 of the anime. Yuna discovering herself in the bear costume was definitely puzzling, but her adorable reaction made fans love her.
In season 1, Yuna was dragged into several shocking situations. Who knew that wearing a bear onesie came with the addition of fighting monsters? Given that even the monsters are kind of cute, I think it’s a win-win situation.

Kuma Kuma Kuma Bear is a light novel written by Kumanano and illustrated by 029. It began serialization in 2014 until it was acquired by Shufu to Seikatsu Sha and was released in 2015 under their PASH! Books imprint. It received two manga adaptations and an anime adaptation in 2020.
The story begins with Yuna, a girl who is sucked into the world of her favorite VRMMO game. When she dons the costume of a bear, she receives OP powers. Yuna finds the outfit embarrassing, but she wears it, unable to reject its cuteness.
After Yuna gets isekaid, she finds that she actually loves the new and adventurous life that the suit brings.
