Kanojo mo Kanojo, Episode 11, titled “Hot Spring Tropes,” was released this week.

Last, we saw Naoya took Nagisa and Saki out shopping for their hot spring vacation. I was caught off guard when I saw Nagisa decided to hold herself back just so that Saki could get to kiss Naoya before her. I wonder what the trip has in store for us. 

In the latest episode, we got to see Shino and Rika crash their trip for their own selfish reasons. Nonetheless, things don’t always go as planned.

Even though it was unintentional, Naoya ended up witnessing Rika and Shino’s towels come off and got punished for it.

Episode 12 Speculations and Discussions

The preview of episode 12, titled “Girlfriend, Girlfriend,” is revealed at the end of episode 11.

Judging from the preview, I think it is safe to assume that Naoya is not going to come to any conclusive answer regarding whom to choose as his girlfriend. 

There is no way that he will hurt either of his precious girls. So I think all we are going to see is Naoya be on the fence trying not to hurt anyone’s sentiments. 

If it were up to me, I’d hope that Naoya chooses Nagisa over Saki since her character is more gentle and likable.

Episode 12 Release Date

Episode 12 of the Kanojo mo Kanojo anime, titled “Girlfriend, Girlfriend”, has been released on Saturday, Sep 18, 2021.

No, Kanojo mo Kanojo anime is not on break this week. Episode 12 of the second season will air as scheduled. 

Recap of Episode 11

Episode 11, titled “Hot Spring Tropes,” starts with Rika trying to seduce Naoya while he is trying to search for Nagisa and talk to her. 

Naoya is under the impression that she will show her chest, which will make him obsess over her. She states that she does not plan on doing anything like that and asks his opinion on their kiss.

Naoya tells her that he was surprised by her kissing him, and that’s it. Rika is stunned that their kiss didn’t make Naoya fixated on her and chooses to simply have a normal conversation to get to know each other.

Their conversation suddenly closes when Rika’s towel inadvertently tumbles off. As Naoya escapes, he falls into the ladies’ hot springs where Shino is bathing. 

After getting over her embarrassment, she requests to know whether he is playing with Saki’s feelings. Naoya is put in a tight spot as Saki does not want Shino to see the truth about their dynamic. 

Naoya then attempts to escape, so she gets him, making him fall and her towel to come free. Saki and Nagisa enter the hot springs at that point and see Shino on top of Naoya.

While Saki is irate, Nagisa acknowledges what presumably occurred and snaps a picture to blackmail Shino later. 

Shino escapes, and Saki lectures Naoya. Nagisa attempts to let them be, having guaranteed to help Saki, yet Naoya won’t let her. 

Other inn visitors catch them, so Naoya is punished once more. 

Later, Saki reveals to Nagisa that she doesn’t need to set herself to the side. Nagisa also discloses she is accustomed to giving it her all just to be acknowledged.

The episode ends with Nagisa revealing that she is overjoyed that Naoya acknowledged her and is content with their present relationship.

Naoya, a first-year high school student, asks Saki out and they decide to start dating. However, out of the blue, Nagisa confesses to Naoya about liking him.

Though Naoya and Nagisa immediately get along, he tells her that he already has a girlfriend.

He suddenly proposes that they go together to talk with Saki about him dating them both at the same time. Although Saki is reluctant at first, she agrees to date Naoya with Nagisa at the same time.
