We see Tsubame talking to her friends about having feelings for Ishigami. After they are unsuccessful in helping her, she turns to Papa Shirogane’s YouTube channel who advises him to think clearly about what she wants and move forward with that in mind.
The chapter ends with Tsubame calling Kyoko Ootomo and asking if she has time to talk. A delay was also announced in the scans for chapter 192.

Chapter 189 took on a lighter tone of the story after the recent heavy arc. Chapters like this will probably continue for a while before anything major happens.

With the lighter theme currently going on in the manga, we are being shown more about the feelings held by Miko for Ishigami. Ships are being formed and people are getting aggressive about it. With all this confusion going on about who loves who, some mix-up will definitely happen.

Now that Kaguya knows that her elder brother put out a spy for her at such a young age, she may be very pissed off about it and want revenge.

6. Chapter 190 Plot
The chapter continues the “Ship-wars” with the President stuck in the middle. He is unsure of what stance to take. On one hand, he should remain unbiased and stay out of it because he is the President of the Student Council. On the other hand, he should support Kaguya as she may get upset if he doesn’t.
He returns to the room that he dashed out of in the last chapter and finds Miko sitting there alone. He uses this opportunity to ask Miko about her feelings for Ishigami, but ends up acting in a way that makes Miko think that he has a crush on her. Miko reveals that she knows about his relationship with Kaguya and the confusion that ends over there.
After talking a little, the President gets very involved in the Heart Sutra and starts talking about how suffering is only in someone’s mind. Fujiwara comes to ask the President about his opinion on the Ship-wars, but gets weirded out by the Heart Sutra and leaves.
The chapter then ends with Miko confessing that despite all reason and logic, she has feelings for Ishigami even though she doesn’t want them.
