Megumi fights Toji but is constantly overwhelmed by his strength and extreme pace. They eventually corner each other and nearly land a lethal blow, causing them both to get knocked down.
Toji thinks back to when he sold Megumi to the Zen’ins and asks him for his name; when he says “Fushiguro,” Toji kills himself by stabbing himself in the brain, pleased with how things turned out. Just as Megumi is about to head to Shoko to recover, Haruta attacks him.
Meanwhile, Kusakabe and Panda monitor Shibuya to avoid any battles when they encounter some of Geto’s old followers; their fight is interrupted by Sukuna and Jogo’s fighting. Jogo unleashes his immense firepower, completely decimating Shibuya, but Sukuna evades and counteracts with remarkable ferocity, even sparing some time to play with the sorcerers in the midst of fleeing.
Sukuna eventually employs his “open” approach, displaying his ability to battle Jogo head-on with fire. Jogo is quickly burned to death when he meets Hanami and Dagon, expressing their desire to see each other again, and Sukuna compliments Jogo on his strength. Sukuna then reunites with a curse user from his past, Uraume, as a creature attacks Haruta and an unconscious Megumi elsewhere.
