2. Chapter 238 Raw Scans, Leaks

The baffling and confusing developments continue in Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 238, titled “Battle Against the Strongest.” Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 238 starts with Sukuna approaching Kashimo with his X-ray eyes while the narrator explains Sukuna’s “perfect” form.

Since the King of Curses has four arms, Sukuna can use two to perform hand signs while the two will be free. Additionally, he has multiple mouths, so he doesn’t need to strain his lungs while chanting for new techniques. This is what makes him superior to other sorcerers.

Sukuna is the only sorcerer who managed to finish the “Five Void Generals” and “Sun, Moon, and Star Squad” from the Northern area of Fujiwara.

Alongside the Northern clans, he also made the angels from Abe and Dessichin squad retreat.

Mesmerized by Sukuna’s perfect form, Kashimo calls Sukuna “beautiful” before launching an attack. Sukuna then casts a massive “Dismantle Slash,” the same attack that killed Satoru Gojo.

Sukuna reminisces about Yorozu, calling her stupid as she tries to teach him about love. He believed that the ones she should’ve taught were Gojo or Kashimo.

The fight continues as Sukuna launches a net of Dismantle Slashes. The scene changes to an old Kashimo, who is in the Heian era.

Sukuna says many people must’ve challenged Kashimo to get acknowledged from him, and the latter must’ve killed them. This is something Sukuna describes as “mercy.”

Kashimo reverts to his original form as Sukuna continues to say that they are both loved because they are the strongest, and they should not worry about loneliness.

Kashimo then asks if he could satisfy him, to which Sukuna replies that he has never thought of being satisfied by someone else.

He eats when he wants and kills someone when they become an eyesore. He lives his own life on his scale; if others fail to measure him, it’s their problem

As Kashimo dies, the domain blocking Hakari and Urame disappears. Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 238 ends with Yuji and Higuruma entering the battlefield.

II. The aftermath of Gojo’s death

Readers were forced to compartmentalize their feelings after Gojo died since Kashimo appeared on the battlefield immediately. What every sorcerer close to Gojo felt after he died was not shown in chapter 236; the same scenario might continue in the next chapter.

Gojo’s death will leave everyone broken, even more so now that there is a risk of losing Megumi. It is difficult to know who can defeat Sukuna at this point or who has the willpower to fight him. Things are looking extremely dark in the story,

4. Chapter 237 Recap

Hajime Kashimo was on his way to Sukuna when he was stopped by Uraume, whom Hakari Kinji then stopped. Hakari had her caught within his Domain Expansion, but the big chunk of ice she was riding kept falling.

The ice’s aim was subsequently revealed to bring Sukuna his Cursed Tool: Supreme Martial Solution, which was formed by Yorozu’s Binding Vow in death. However, the weapon was virtually useless because it used electricity, which Kashima was immune to.

Kashimo then inquired Sukuna about what strength entailed and whether it was the curse of the powerful to be lonely and perpetually seek power. Sukuna replied that Gojo was the same and promised to show Kashimo all the answers he needed throughout their struggle.

Kashimo then used his Mythical Beast Amber Cursed Technique, which appeared to overpower Sukuna. Kashimo’s Cursed Technique, on the other hand, could only be used once before destroying his body.
