1. Chapter 224 Raw Scans, Leaks

The spoilers show Sukuna tells Gojo that he is like a fish on a cutting board, just more lively than others. As soon as their talk is over, the fight starts again. Sukuna throws a heavy haymaker at Gojo, but he quickly dodges it with ease. Sukuna gets off balance because of the punch that he throws, and as he gains his balance and gets into his stance, Gojo is already waiting for him.
Gojo approaches Sukuna with his power, and it destroys the bridge they are standing on. Gojo doesn’t give Sukuna any time to think and instantly throws a piece of the bridge toward him. Sukuna dodges the attack and uses “dismantle,” which slashes the building behind Gojo.
Sukuna charges toward Gojo and tries to punch once again, but Gojo’s power does not allow it, and the punch is stopped in mid-flight. They keep exchanging blow after blow as they fall into that slashed building. A door falls between them, and they get ready to punch each other through that door.
2. Chapter 224 Speculation
I. Gojo vs. Sukuna
Chapter 224 will continue the battle between Gojo and Sukuna, and it seems like Gojo has the upper hand for now. After teasing Sukuna, who underestimated Gojo, Gojo has a chance to attack him after his guard is lowered. Even so, the battle will have Gojo and Sukuna giving it their 100%.
II. The Higher Ups’ murder
One of the mysteries in chapter 223 is revealed to be the murder of the higher ups. While the murderer is still unknown, there could be a strong chance it could be someone who wanted to prolong Yuji’s life, i.e., Gojo or Yuta or Inumaki judging by their panel in chapter 222.
III. Saving Megumi
Right now, Yuji, Yuta, and the statuses of others have been kept hidden, but it can be assumed that they are waiting for the right opportunity to help Gojo, and in turn, save Megumi. The next chapter will reveal if Gojo has any ideas to do so.

Ijichi and Gojo arrive at Shibuya. Gojo discovers that his Cursed Energy leftover from his combat at Level B5 has prohibited other curses from preying on humanity. Non-sorcerers who were impacted by his Infinite Void have all been healed. In turn, he informs Ijichi that time in the Prison Realm felt quick and slow at the same time.
A flashback shows Gakuganji confessing to Gojo that he murdered Yaga and lamented that no one held him accountable for his crime. Gojo admitted that he knew he was only doing his job. Utahime’s Cursed Technique, Solo Forbidden Area, boosts the Cursed Energy reserve for any sorcerer she chooses, including herself, as long as they remain within her range.
However, in this instance, both Utahime and Gojo observe every single step to activate their respective Cursed Techniques, allowing Utahime to use her method 120% more effectivity while Gojo increases his Cursed Energy output to 200%. He then fires a Hollow Purple towards Sukuna, who has arrived in Shinjuku together with Uraume.
Sukuna tries to halt the Hollow Purple, but due to Ijichi’s Barrier, he underestimates its strength and has his right arm burned off. Gojo claims to be the current strongest sorcerer, whereas Sukuna is only a contender for the position.
