Chapter 219 of Jujutsu Kaisen featured a whirlwind of events, not unlike its previous chapters. This chapter showed Sukuna’s true form and how Yorozu fell in love with him. Her fate led to her being killed because of him twice. Before she dies, she leaves a mysterious object behind for Sukuna.

1. Chapter 220 Raw Scans, Leaks
Raw scans for Jujutsu Kaisen chapter 220 have been released.
Chapter 220 of Jujutsu Kaisen is titled “Self-Limitation and Cleansing.” The chapter starts with Kenjaku and Kogane discussing closing the entry of new participants into the Culling Game.
Kogane disagrees, but even after his disagreement, Kenjaku adds this new rule. Moving on, Kenjaku explains the importance of Joukai, a pure barrier that restricts the birth of new curses. He says that the Culling Game is a Boukai, a level higher than Joukai.

2. Chapter 220 Speculation
I. Sukuna’s victory over Yorozu
In the next chapter, we will see how Sukuna decides his next move now that he has killed Yorozu. Right before she dies, she leaves something behind for him, small objects that flow out from her hands. The next chapter will reveal what it is, how it helps Sukuna, and why she told him to think of it as her.
II. Megumi’s Fate
At the end of the chapter, Megumi wakes up in a dark, hollow place for the first time since Sukuna took over his body. The trigger for Megumi’s death was Tsumiki’s murder by, technically, his own hands. Her death will severely impact his psyche, given that he wanted to save her from the start of the series.
The chapter will reveal whether he wishes to give in to Sukuna or try to resist him.
III. Itadori’s return
Sukuna could not defeat Itadori – though severely injured, Itadori is determined to save Megumi. In the upcoming chapters, he may decide to take Sukuna on again by himself, and in the next chapter, we might see Itadori trying to locate him.

Mahoraga pierced the True Sphere and destroyed Yorozu’s domain. Despite her defeat, Yorozu seemed satisfied that Sukuna understood her and her strategy. She left something for Sukuna to use as she passed away. Tsumiki died alongside her. Megumi wakes up in the abyss and opens his tear-filled eyes.
