5. Chapter 192 Recap
Chapter 192 of Jujutsu Kaisen begins with a flashback to Kamo’s conversation with Yoshinobu concerning Itadori’s suicide. To prevent a hostile sorcerer from becoming a curse after death, you must kill them using jujutsu.
The narrative then shifts to the fight between Maki and Naoya. Maki wonders if she murdered him with bare hands because she didn’t have enough curse energy to do it and if that’s the reason he turned into a curse.
Then, Naoya tells her that her mother, not herself, was responsible for killing him. Naoya then declares that he has come to kill her. Maki escapes his grasp with the assistance of Kamo.
Kamo then engages Naoya in combat, claiming that, unlike Maki, it is easy to detect his location. Because he was so swift, Naoya was able to avoid almost all of Kamo’s attacks.
Naoya screams in pain as Kamo and Maki attack him with tremendous jujutsu. For the first time, Naoya realizes that cursed spirits can experience pain as well.
Kamo takes notice of Naoya. He appears to be vanishing, but he was actually metamorphosing.
Maki notices that it is transforming into a curse womb. Kamo instantly unleashes a devastating attack on it. The cursed womb moved too quickly, however; the attack managed to strike it.
They believed they succeeded in exorcising it, despite its speed as a curse womb. They are taken aback when they discover Naoya has not been exorcised, and he attacks Kamo as the chapter concludes.
