In chapter 179, titled “Sendai Colony, Part 6,” Takako and Ryu strategically made their domain away from Rika. With Yuta hidden away, Rika got annoyed and transformed into a powerful state.
To the trio’s surprise, Kurourushi intruded on the domain, which caused it to break. Takako lost her ground with Kurourushi and was at her limit. Ryu took out Takako while Yuta finished off Kurourushi. Ryu and Yuta prepared to fight one on one in the end.

1. Chapter 180 Raw Scans and Leaks
The raw scans of Chapter 180 are now out. The title is “Sendai Colony Part 7”. The one-on-one battle between Yuta and Ryu finally takes off. Both of them exchange blows one after another. However, Yuta is not alone as he uses Rika as well to attack Ryu. Rika mimics Yuta’s movements, punching Ryu on his head.
Ryu launches a blast at Yuta, which, to his surprise, gets directed upwards. He looks shocked, wondering if this was Uro’s technique that Yuta used. Yuta further directs the blast towards Ryu, hitting him on target. Ryu now lies on the ground. He looks at Yuta and thanks him, saying he is full now and has no regrets.
2. Chapter 180 Discussion
The events with the Culling Game are progressing, and we’re getting closer to seeing its true purpose. Too bad for those who wanted to see how the triple domain would play out. Even so, it’s still a fantastic chapter.
Yuta will now face off with Ryu, and the fight’s climax is nearby. With Yuta hanging by the threads, will Ryu be a more challenging foe than he initially thought? Getting an explanation throughout the chapter was done greatly by Gege.

4. Recap of Chapter 179
This chapter starts with Yuta and the two sorcerers using Doman Expansion. The author explains the process and conditions of overlapping domains. Since Yuta has the advantage with Rika, Takako & Ryu planned to keep Rika out of the barrier.
With Rika already knocked away, the barrier’s construction was completed without the spirit interfering. Yet Rika’s will didn’t accept Yuta hidden away, and she transforms into a more powerful state to get him back.
However, Kurourushi surprisingly appeared in the trio’s domain. Consecutively, outside the barrier, Kurourushi’s cockroaches distracted Rika. It is explained that the Kurourushi that appeared is an offspring manifested from the previous Kurourushi during its hibernation.
With more than two domains being complex, having an unexpected intruder caused the barrier to break. Since Takako considers Kurourushi a nasty opponent, she concentrates on her fight with the bug-man.
Yuta uses the opportunity to attack Takako while she is distracted by Kurourushi. Takako tries to bend space, but her techniques don’t work due to her energy used up in Domain Expansion. With Takako at her limit, Kurourushi infects her arm and severs it off.
Ryu, witnessing Takako at her limit, knows even with Reversed Cursed Technique, she won’t be able to regenerate her arm. Even though Takako is determined to keep fighting, Ryu tells Takako and Kurourushi that their fight is enough.
Ryu is the only sorcerer to generate the same amount of power regardless of activating his Cursed Technique. Given that fact, he fires his Granite Blast at Takako and Kurourushi. Surprisingly, Kurourushi survives the shot, but Yuta finishes the bug-man with an energy shot.
It is also stated that Yuta’s Cursed Technique hasn’t replenished from all the fighting. With major obstacles out of the way, Ryu and Yuta face gets ready for a one-on-one battle.
