The chapter starts with Choso fighting Uraume and Getou to save his brother Yuuji. Determined to save Yuuji from harm, he even equips the blood manipulation curse to fight the enemies.
In the meantime, the others question why he thinks of Yuuji as his brother, despite not being related in any way.
Their conversations are put to stop when Uraume uses her ice curse to freeze everyone. Getou instructs Uraume to spare their lives so that they can act as a messenger to the other sorcerers.
Later, Nishimiya tells Yuuji to distract the enemies while Utahime sensei gets ready to fight. Nishimiya unleashes a wind scythe attack but Uraume deflects it with her bare hands.
Uraume plans to freeze everyone but Yuuji so that he can act as the messenger.
She then unleashes a powerful cursed named Icefall to freeze everyone into ice shards leaving Yuuji to fend for himself in the fight. Yuuji also notices that he remains unfrozen from the spell since he is Sukuna’s vessel.
Just when everyone thinks the Icefall curse will kill them, Yuki Tsukumo makes her entry dispelling the curse with ease.
