‘Uncle From Another World’ gives us a refreshing take on the stale and cliche isekai genre. Due to this, the anime rose to popularity in no time, only to be brought down by the Covid-19 infection that affected the production team.
The franchise decided to rebroadcast the entire anime from episode 1 in October, and the story is finally back on track with regular releases.
Episode 8 of ‘Isekai Ojisan’ (Uncle From Another World) will debut on November 24, 2022, and the franchise has released a preview teaser for it.
The preview focuses on Alicia and her party, consisting of the swordsman Edgar and the berserker Raiga. As revealed in episode 7, Alicia is the famed hero nicknamed the Shining Crusader.
Yosuke also reveals how he often ran into Alicia’s party and helped them solve challenging quests. This led to Alicia receiving the hero title despite her being a novice and always getting herself into life-threatening situations.
The video ends with teasing a figure who looks like a plump and overweight Yosuke.
