The turmoil in Mira’s romantic life increases after she learns that her ex is seeing someone new, who he also got pregnant. This comes as a shock to her because he always told her he didn’t want children when the two of them were together. The meeting with Eamonn leaves her with mixed feelings because he comforts her when she tells him she’s feeling a little lost in this new project but at the same time, it’s clear the two of them still have lingering feelings for one another despite having parted ways.

Irma Vep Episode 3 Recap
The episode starts with Zoe picking up Mira as the two of them plan to attend the Royal Trux concert. They end up blowing off the original plan and head to a crew member’s party to deliver the drugs to Gottfried. The crew members have a discussion about the original series and Regina proclaims that the filmmakers of that time were the ‘original’ content creators.
The next morning, Mira arrives at the set visibly hungover as she ended up staying at the party until 4 am. She struggles to focus as the director explains the scene to her. Despite not having slept all night, Mira manages to remain professional and pushes through filming. During an online press interview, Gottfried declares that he’s bored of “gay culture,” denouncing the community as “communists.”
After filming, Mira runs into Gottfried at the hotel bar while getting a drink with Regina. Gottfried passes a sly comment assuming that Regina is Mira’s new girlfriend. Mira corrects him and even brings up some of Regina’s achievements as a budding director. Mira gets visibly upset when Gottfried brings up Laurie and mocks her for not knowing that Laurie was “playing her” the whole time they were together.
