Intel doesn’t provide many options when it comes to its Intel Arc Pro graphics card series, with there being only three models which are the Intel Arc A30, A40, and A40M, which offer 8 Xe-Cores.
These GPUs can be found in OEM PCs only and cannot be purchased separately. But Intel is finally adding another better variant to the Arc Pro series known as the Arc Pro A60.
According to the leak, the Intel Arc 60 and Arc 60M will offer 16 Xe-Cores, which is double the amount featured on the current Arc Pro GPUs. The cards are also expected to be faster than the A40 and A50 series cards with clock speeds boosting up to 2450 MHz (final figure may vary).
Details are still fuzzy on these SKUs, but we can expect a launch soon. The Arc Pro A60 GPUs are also expected to feature external power input with a TDP of around 100-125W and it’ll also be equipped with a slightly hefty cooler.
The VRAM configuration of the card might go up to 8GB on a 128-bit memory bus, if not wider but nothing has been confirmed as of now. Drivers for these cards are still in an early state, as both the cards failed the majority of CompuBench’s tests, but it did manage to complete some OpenCL benchmarks.
So far, Intel hasn’t confirmed anything about these GPUs, not even their existence but the CompuBench leaks gives us enough reason to believe that they might be arriving to retail soon enough.
