According to the preview, episode 5 of Don’t Toy With Me, Miss Nagatoro, season 2, will be about Naoto falling sick. In this episode, Naoto seems to be bedridden with a fever, with Nagatoro with him, and there is a high chance she will take care of him the way he did.
While taking care of him, she might bully him, but they also might get closer to each other and have a cute moment between them.

Episode 4 Recap
As Naoto waits at the table, Misaki reports that Nagatoro is still asleep. Before noticing that he is gazing at images of a young Nagatoro, she makes fun of him for everything she has heard about him.
Nagatoro enters the room and assumes a messy appearance. Several minutes after freaking out, Nagaotoro makes a surprise appearance with her hair straightened and a new dress.
Naoto accepts Nagatoro’s joking offer to feed him. He begins to eat when Misaki enters and humiliates both of them. Misaki promises that she and Naoto can chat more about Nagatoro before she exits the room.
Despite the awkwardness, Nagatoro begs Naoto to join him in a video game when he tries to depart. Just as he is ready to win, Nagatoro starts questioning what he and Misaki discussed, which causes him to lose.
She places a wager after defeating him a second time. She will reveal one of her secrets to Naoto if he beats her. He teases her before saying he wants to know her first name.
The game abruptly ends, and Naoto wins. Naoto interrupts her as she is about to tell Naoto her first name. He claims he would prefer to be informed of the best time to approach her. Misaki enters the room abruptly, ruining their exchange.
He repeats the name “Hayase” to himself as he makes his way home, having just heard Nagatoro’s sister say it. The next day, Nagatoro stops by the art studio and offers to serve as a model for Naoto’s sketches as a token of appreciation.
Her leg starts to give way beneath her when she cannot maintain the stance. Naoto breaks her fall with his own body, but despite being touched, she still calls him a pervert.

Don’t Toy with Me, Miss Nagatoro, or Ijiranaide, Nagatoro San is a Spring 2021 anime adapted from the manga of the same name.
The story follows Senpai, a timid and introverted high-school boy. His life changes completely, taking a 360 degree turn when he meets Hayase Nagatoro.
Nagatoro observes that Senpai is prone to bullying by other girls and starts behaving the same to him. Slightly aroused by and somewhat fearful of Nagatoro, Senpai is constantly roped into her antics as she entertains herself at his expense.
