Tenjou experiences a new life in his new body and skills during a quick trip to the mall in episode 3 of I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too titled “Life’s Change.”
A trip to the shopping mall to buy new clothes quickly turns into a new adventure for Tenjou as he finds himself modeling for an agency whose male model is running late on schedule. Quickly rising in popularity and averting gazes, he is highly embarrassed.
In the other world, the girl he saved is desperate to find her savior and asks him a fabled question. Seemingly coming from a life of royalty, she drags all the guards back into the forest, their lives on the line for this girl’s wish.

Episode 4 Speculation:
Tenjou gets proposed to at the end of episode 3 completely out of the blue by the girl from the forest, Lexia. From the scenes shown so far it is likely that she is either a member of a royal family or just a very wealthy one, making her an important person in the area.
However, Tenjou doesn’t know this and will likely turn down the proposal out of embarassment. Moreover, Miu from the modeling agency has also shown interest in Tenjou and will likely show up once again as a romantic interest for our protagonist.

Recap of Episode 3:
Tenjou thinks of the incident with the orc and the injured girl he rescued, wondering if she is alright. As he heads to the mall, he attracts looks from all around him due to his looks and quickly gets embarrassed and speeds up to find a new shirt.
Meanwhile, a beauty agency needs a male model and help to get a replacement. Tenjou gets approached by two women who begin hitting on him, but he rejects them very smoothly, leaving them flabbergasted.
The beauty agency manager lays eyes on Tenjou and immediately realizes that he is the perfect match for a model. The photoshoot goes wonderfully, with both the models being extremely photogenic and gorgeous.
The girl from the other world finally wakes back up and recovers from her injuries, and remembers a flashback of the man who saved her. She storms out of the mansion she lives in with an unfavorable determination to find the man.
Meanwhile, the photoshoot ends smoothly as Miu, the model, and Tenjou discuss his experience and inexperience. He realizes that even though it looks easy on the surface, it is a difficult job that takes a lot of effort in the background.
The other model, Shou, finally reaches the venue, although highly late, and acts excessively outward and insistent with Miu as he tries to make moves even though she says no. Tenjou steps in, but Shou immediately tries to punch him.
Tenjou catches the punch very efficiently and knocks him to the ground to the cheers of everyone who witnessed it in the mall. After the incident, the manager invites Tenjou to join their company and model for them, but he rejects the offer due to his lack of experience.
As they couldn’t pay an amateur they hadn’t hired, the manager thanks him in the form of multiple clothes, all in his size. Tenjou goes home with a mission accomplished in a way he could never have imagined.
Lexia goes back to the forest once more, and she, as well as her guards, are attacked by the monsters in the woods and brought to their knees. Tenjou steps in to save her again the moment she was waiting to propose.
About I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World
I Got a Cheat Skill in Another World and Became Unrivaled in The Real World, Too (also known as IseLeve) is a light novel series by Miku and Rein Kuwashima, first published in 2018 by Fujimi Shobo. A manga adaptation by ASCII Media Works is also being serialized since 2019.
The series focuses on Yuuya, a boy who has been brutally bullied his whole life. His saving grace comes when he discovers an isekai door and some priceless artifacts, one of which is a portal that allows him to travel back to his home world.
As he uses these items, his body changes for the better, and he receives crazy cheat skills that even apply to the real world.
