Every Super Saiyan form in the Dragon Ball universe carries limitless power, so everyone is in a rush to get their hands on all the Super Saiyan forms in all Dragon Ball games.
To unlock Super Saiyan God in Xenoverse 2, you need to collect seven Dragon Balls to make a wish. Make a wish for Super Saiyan God form to Shenron, and he will ask you to befriend five Saiyan characters first. Max out their friendship levels to get the form.
The process of obtaining the Super Saiyan form is tedious, but I highly recommend acquiring the Super Saiyan God form since it gives your character terrific stats.

Can any race unlock Super Saiyan God in Xenoverse 2?
Though characters from the Saiyan race are the only ones who can unleash Super Saiyan forms, a character from any race can unlock the Super Saiyan God form in Xenoverse 2. Beerus will grant you the transformation irrespective of your race.
Step-to-step guide for unlocking Super Saiyan God form in Xenoverse 2
You need to follow these four steps to obtain the Super Saiyan God form.
1. Collect seven Dragon Balls
You can collect Dragon Balls by completing Parallel Quests. However, there are two Parallel Quests in particular that you can keep on repeating to collect Dragon Balls in a faster and easier way.
If you are already level 35, keep on defeating Time Patrol agents in Parallel Quest 4, until one of them drops a key item. The key item is a Dragon Ball.
If you have finished the Explosion of Namek quest, defeat the Time Patrol agents in Parallel Quest 23 until they drop a Dragon Ball. This is the easiest method to farm Dragon Balls.
2. Go to Shenron to make a wish
It’s time to pay a visit to Shenron once you have collected all the Dragon Balls. Head to the Dragon Pedestal in Conton City. Summon Shenron and wish for the Super Saiyan God form.
Shenron will fulfill your wish, but you can’t obtain the form unless you max out friendship levels with five specific Saiyan instructors.
3. Max out friendship with Saiyan instructors
You need to max friendship with Goku, Vegeta, Gohan & Videl, Gotenks, and Pan to acquire Super Saiyan God form. The easiest way to increase your friendship percentage with these characters is by going to Infinite History in the Time Nest.
Replay all the story quests in the Infinite History by setting the instructor whose friendship you want to max out as your mentor. For example, if you want to increase your friendship percentage with Vegeta, set him as your mentor.
Complete Parallel Quests by setting your mentor as your AI partner. Use the moves your mentor has taught you in the battles. Also, try to get Z-Ranks to speed up the entire process.
Once you complete all the friendship requirements, find Beerus at Orange Star High School. After chatting with him, he will reward you with the Super Saiyan God form.
